Annual Christmas Party
Our 2018 Christmas Party and Auction is scheduled 6pm, Wednesday, Dec. 12, at Waimea Valley. The Kama‘aina of the Year honoree is Glenn Lee, head coach of the Waialua Robotics Team, which has earned an international reputation in the robotics community. His team now competes in six tournaments in the US and internationally each year, and meets at more than 20 tournaments statewide. This year marks Glenn’s 25th year working at Waialua High & Intermediate School and the 20th year of the Waialua Robotics Team.
This event is the Chamber’s main fundraiser of the year. The community’s involvement has been key in continuing Chamber support of businesses and making improvements to our area. Chamber volunteers are
currently hard at work gathering table sponsors and soliciting for auction gift items. Either sponsoring a
table or donating a gift at this well-attended fun event is an excellent way to showcase your business and display your community support.
