North Shore NewsIn celebration of 100 years as housing advocates, community builders, and good neighbors, the Honolulu Board of REALTORS® (HBR) “100 Acts” engages its members to give back. Realtors rallied across all O’ahu regions to donate new footwear for elementary to high school-aged students. The NS Regional Group of Realtors (NSRG) focused efforts on Kahuku, Haleiwa, and Waialua elementary schools, after being advised that the surf community had already taken care of Sunset Elementary.
Comprised of local NS Realtors, the NSRG meets monthly to stay on top of issues affecting NS residents and homeowners. We invite speakers to present to the NSRG and provide up-to-date information ranging from beach erosion to traffic issues, federal tax law, housing market conditions, and an array of other topics. Staying abreast of the various issues assures NSRG members are better prepared to service the unique NS market. Local businesses who are affiliate members of HBR sponsor these meetings.
