Let’s Get Physical! Physical!

Grab your sneakers and get physical! It’s time for Loko Ea Fishpond’s 3rd Annual Fun Run on Sunday, March 22, 2020. From the 8K and 15K races to the leisurely 1-Mile Walk, there is an event for the whole ‘ohana!

The 8K and 15K feature scenic beach views, with both routes racing past Anahulu Bridge, Ali‘i Beach, Kaiaka Bay, historic Hale‘iwa Elementary School, and the private grounds of Pua‘ena Point. Participants in the 8K and 15K routes will receive a bib with a timing chip and a participation medal. Prizes for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place finishers in age categories.

Proceeds will benefit Malama Loko Ea Foundation’s restoration efforts and educational programs at Loko Ea fishpond. (Malama Loko Ea Foundation is Haleiwa’s own 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization.)
