North Shore NewsHaleiwa resident Penny Nakamura and her husband Hal Koyama live part time in Durban, South Africa where Hal brings hydrogen fuel cells to Sub-Saharan Africa. Penny and Hal were suddenly back in Hawaii after the State Dept.’s Stage 4 Alert and went into self quarantine. Penny is pictured here at the Cape of Good Hope.
